Biography

Josh graduated from Clemson University in 2004.  He joined the Roby Commercial team in March 2021 and brought with him over 15 years of commercial construction experience within the industry. He has worked as both a Project Manager and Superintendent on a wide range of commercial projects including hotel/hospitality, pre-engineered buildings, municipal projects, K-12, financial institutions, class A upfits and more. He is the board liaison for the North Carolina Subcontractors Alliance, Inc. (NCSA), an active member of Metrolina Minority Contractors Association (MMCA) and has held various leadership roles within a variety of industry groups. Some of the notable projects Josh has been involved with include the construction of York County Family Court, CMPD Central Division Precinct in Uptown Charlotte, Hyatt Place Hotel at UNCC, Big Beverages Contract Manufacturing, Steel Yard Row office park and Encore Coaches.
